Join Us for Our Overnight Outdoor Adventure and Horseback Riding Camp in 2024!

 

Here’s a wholesome opportunity for your child to learn all about horses while they build confidence and self-reliance. Campers will have a chance to unplug and make fun, lifelong memories at our kid-centric and safety-first oriented horse ranch. This unique overnight 5-day horse camp experience allows kids ages 9-13 to learn horsemanship  and outdoor wilderness skills. All activities are designed to the appropriate gradient for each participant. Beginners are welcome! NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED.

Camp activities include horsemanship lessons, horse care and grooming, trail rides, equine games (“Red Light/Green Light”, “Steal the Bacon” and more), camping safety, navigational skills, knot tying, swimming, and fishing. Learn and help care for horses, sheep, goats and chickens. Buckaroo Outdoor Adventure Camp is based out of our beautiful property spanning over 300 acres. Campers sleep in tent cabins (one for the girls, the other for the boys).

• $1600/week
• For kids ages 9-13
• 12 campers per week
• Monday – Friday : 5 Days/4 Nights
  • Week 1: June 3-7, 2024
  • Week 2: June 10-14
  • Week 3: June 17-21
  • Week 4: June 24-28
  • Week 5: July 8-12
  • Week 6: July 15-19
  • Week 7: July 22-26
  • Week 8: July 29-August 2
• Monday drop off at 9:00 AM (early drop offs are an additional fee) with pick up on Friday at 5 PM (there will be no early drop off or late pick up available.
• Each child is paired with their own horse for their week of camp.
• Parents of registered campers receive liability waiver, gear list via email post registration and daily camp schedule. Full payment and signed waiver is required to complete registration.
• Cancellations must be received 2 weeks prior to camp start date for a full refund. Cancellation fee is $200.
